ACR Security Solutions for Lifting and Handling Loads LTDA reserves the right, when defective material is identified, to request the client to send it to our factory in São Bernardo do Campo-SP for repair and return to the requesting client. According to our sales policy, we maintain a warranty for products with manufacturing defects, counted from the issuance date of the purchase invoice by our clients, as follows:
ACR will only be responsible for defects or faults in the product/service provided if formally notified about the issue, reserving the right not to reimburse costs for repairs, replacement of parts/components or equipment, labor, loss of profits, or consequential damages.
- Repair and/or replacement of parts/components and/or equipment during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty period fixed at supply, except for the repaired part, whose warranty will be revalidated.
- The warranty includes technical assistance and similar services on ACR premises (factory-based warranty) but does not include transportation costs or expenses for travel, accommodation, and meals for technical staff.
- If it is determined that the issues with the product/service provided are not ACR's responsibility, the client will be obligated to reimburse all incurred expenses, respecting market values.
- Defects resulting from improper or negligent use/operation/installation of equipment, operational errors, lack of preventive maintenance, or mechanical or electrical issues caused by external factors or non-ACR-supplied components or equipment are also excluded from the warranty. This warranty does not cover the natural wear of products or equipment, improper maintenance or storage, poor installation quality, or chemical, electrochemical, electrical, mechanical, or atmospheric influences.
ACR is not responsible for any indirect losses and/or damages, loss of profits, special or punitive damages, moral or consequential damages, whether or not such damage was reasonably foreseeable.
WARRANTY PERIODS
ACR establishes work schedules recorded by time clock. Its schedule will be as follows:
- Remote Control Radio: Equipment for 12 (twelve) months; Electronic Boards for 36 (thirty-six) months.
- Pendant Pushbutton and Joystick: 12 (twelve) months.
- Cameras, Radar Collision Prevention System, and Reverse Siren: 12 (twelve) months.
- Weighing System: 12 (twelve) months.
- Load Limiter, Dynamometer, Load Weighing, and Handling System: 12 (twelve) months.
- Signaling (Siren):
- LED Signal: 36 (thirty-six) months.
- Audiovisual and Filament Signal: 24 (twenty-four) months.
- M-Line Modular Signal: 36 (thirty-six) months.
- Lamps, bases, and plastic rods: 12 (twelve) months.
- For services performed at our company, the warranty will be 6 months.
ACR IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO RECEIVE ANY MATERIAL SENT BY THE CLIENT AS A "WARRANTY SHIPMENT" OR "WARRANTY EXCHANGE" THAT DOES NOT FULLY COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THIS WARRANTY POLICY.
