Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision

The radar sensor is produced by Attingimus, a German company with over 28 years of expertise in radars for large-scale overhead and gantry cranes. The electronics are manufactured by Dinaksa, a Spanish company with over 25 years of expertise in safety solutions for load handling. Both companies are exclusively represented in Brazil by ACR, which offers uninterrupted technical support and customized projects.

Function:
Device designed to measure distance with precision and speed, aiming at detecting stationary and moving targets to prevent collisions in large-scale equipment.

Applications:
This radar is ideal for large-scale equipment operating in harsh environments, such as:
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for port gantries,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for straddle carriers,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for RTGs,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for RMGs,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for STSs,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for OHBs,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for ship loaders,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for mining stackers,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for large vehicles,
Heavy Duty Radar Anti-Collision for steel mill overhead cranes.
Among other diverse applications.

Main Features:
Heavy-duty radar sensor with integrated self-test, detection range 1~25m.
Stainless steel support with horizontal and vertical adjustment.
Control electronics available in various supply voltages, with three programmable relays (two limit relays and one safety relay) and optional outputs for communication with PLCs such as 4-20mA, 0-10V, Profibus-dp, and other protocols.
The differentiator of this system lies in its specific constructive characteristics, which allow reliable detections even under severe weather conditions, mechanical, and electromagnetic influences.
